A classic video of Cheng Man-ch'ing, the founder of the the T'ai Chi style taught at our school. Shi Gung Runes learned this in California directly from Cheng Man-ch'ing and continued study from a senior student. Shi Fu Hinton then learned this directly from Shi Gung Runes. As will all of our Kung Fu, we are extremely close to the source.
